Sun and Shield School is a Day / Boarding Christian Primary School offering Early Years of Education (EYE), the new Competence Based Curriculum (C.B.C) and 8-4-4 Systems of Education in Kenya.
We are located 21 kms. from Nakuru Town and between Kabarak University and Kampi ya Moto along Marigat – Nakuru Road in a Serene Learning Environment.
The school was started in the year 2007 with our first Candidates doing K.C.P.E in the year 2012. The Early Years of Education section comprising of Play group, Pre-Primary One and Pre- Primary Two.
The school derives its name and direction from Psalm 84:11 which states as follows – “For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favour and honour; no good thing does He withhold from those whose walk is blameless.”
March 2022 Interviews will be ongoing at school. Our annual interview will be held on Saturday 12Th March, 2022 as from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
